Notices issued to respondent Nos. 2-a to 2-g and 7-a to 7-d have been served. None appears for the proposed respondents. 4.

The application is supported by the death certificate of respondent Nos. 2 and 7 and copies of heirship certificates. 5.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to

The applicants-petitioners are permitted to bring the legal representatives of respondent Nos. 2 and 7 on record. 7.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks.
