By order dated 7th April, 2017, passed in Civil Application No. 4542 of 2017 this Court has permitted the present applicants to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- out of the amount deposited before the Court on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. However, before withdrawal of the amount, the applicant no.2 Bhagwat Sahebrao Gaikwad died. There are no other legal heirs except the applicant nos. 1 and 2 herein. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application
