The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Scrutiny committee for validation. It is submitted that spelling of the tribe is incorrectly spelled in the tribe certificate as "Mannerwarlu" instead of "Mannervarlu". In the light of that, we pass following order.

O R D E R

i.

The petitioner shall apply to the Committee for issuance of attested copy of the tribe certificate. The Committee shall, within four days of filing application by the petitioner, issue attested

ii.

The petitioner shall submit the attested tribe certificate to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The concerned Sub Divisional Officer shall thereafter issue tribe certificate with correct spelling of the tribe to the petitioner within a period of four days from the date of submission of the attested tribe certificate.

iii.

The petitioner shall thereafter submit tribe certificate with the correct spelling of the tribe to the Committee. The Committee shall, within period of three months from the date of submission of the correct tribe certificate, decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner on its own merits.

iv.

The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding.
