Considering the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. Taking into account the earlier order passed by this Court on 1.8.2014 in Writ Petition No.642 of 2014, the trial Court is directed to decide RCS No.388 of 2001 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on/or before 31.12.2018.
