The petitioner has challenged the order dated 08.10.2018 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nanded, below Exhibit-58 in L.A.R. No. 227/2009.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of writ petition, L.A.R. No. 227/2009 itself has been disposed of by order dated 16.05.2021. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 3.
