Heard the learned counsel Mr. Singh appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP Mr. Kale for the respondents/State. 2.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the parties, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the Collector to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months taking into account the provisions of Section 80 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The Collector may grant an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner if so require. The decision so taken on the representation shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately. 3.
