1) Notice. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice.

2) Learned counsel for the appellant is heard for admission purpose. Appeal is admitted. Notice after admission. It is waived by learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2 Appeal 115/2015 3) Criminal Application No.609 of 2015 is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The appellant is convicted and sentenced for offence punishable under section 3(1)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and maximum sentence of two years is imposed. Fine is also imposed. Learned counsel for the appellant made a statement that entire fine amount has been deposited. Learned counsel made statement that the substantive sentence is suspended by the trial Court.

4) In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended. The appellant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15,000/-. Authenticated copy be provided to the learned counsel for the appellant.
