On perusal of the application and on hearing learned Counsel for the applicant, we are of the opinion that the applicant might have good case on merits, but we are not entertaining this application mainly because there is inordinate delay in making this application before this Court. The applicant is given liberty to take steps to challenge the order dated 07.07.2011 with requisite application seeking condonation of delay etc.
