PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He submits that, the petitioner will file the comprehensive representation raising grievance, which is raised in this Petition and the Government may be directed to consider it. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondent/State submits that, in case, if such comprehensive representation is filed by the petitioner, the State will consider the same within four weeks from today.

The Respondent No.1 shall consider the said comprehensive representation as per Government policy/rules after hearing the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case within four months from filing such representation. 4.
