The claimants have made statement that they have withdrawn the entire amount that was deposited by the Acquiring Body before the concerned Court.

In view of the fact that the matters are compromised, the appellants are intending to withdraw the matters. 4.

In view of the above, leave granted. All first appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. Court fees be refunded as per Rules. Deficit court-fees, if any, be paid forthwith. Pending civil applications, if any, stand disposed of.
