VERSUS

CHANDRAKANT S/O AMBADAS MAHAJAN AND ORS ...

Advocate for Applicant : Kulkarni D K ...

CORAM : T.V. NALAWADE, J.

DATED : 17th March, 2016.

ORDER :

1.

The application is filed for transfer of Regular Civil Appeal No. 10/2015, presently pending before the Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Vaijapur to the District Court, Aurangabad. The application is filed on the grounds that the applicant, respondent in appeal, is old lady, she has crossed age of 60 years, she is sick and she cannot go to Vaijapur to give instruction to the counsel.

2.

It appears that purpose of filing application will be served if the order for early hearing of the matter is made. It appears that there are two Judges in District Court at Vaijapur and in view of these circumstances, a direction can be given to expeditiously dispose of the present matter and that will serve the purpose. In the result, following order is made.
