Leave to amend and substitute names of the Respondents. 2.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner has refused to accept the compensation amount determined by the Land Acquisition Officer, the process of passing of final Award will have to be reinitiated by the Acquiring Body. 3.

Acquiring Body is directed to send proposal to the Special Land Acquisition Officer within 8 weeks from today. On receipt of the proposal, the Special Land Acquisition Officer shall complete the acquisition process and pass final Award and pay the amount

With the above directions, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
