After it was informed that the petitioner has passed away, this matter was adjourned on 17/11/2016.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner informs that no contact could be made on the address of the petitioner. 3.

Notwithstanding the above, the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.1 was with regard to occupying the position of Head Master. Respondent No.1 is also said to have passed away and so has the petitioner. The dispute therefore does not survive. 4.

As such, this petition stands abated.
