The applicant seeks directions against respondent no. 5 to issue Internship Completion Certificate. We have heard Mr. Sant, learned counsel for respondent no. 5 / University.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that after the internship is completed the applicant is required to serve the bond period.

The tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated. Considering the fact that it is an obligation upon the applicant to serve the bond period, we pass the following order.

In case, the applicant has successfully completed his internship and is eligible for the Internship Completion Certificate, then the non applicant shall issue the Internship Completion Certificate to the applicant. The applicant be allowed to serve the bond period.

Civil Application is disposed of.

At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, leave to add University as a party in Writ Petition Stamp No. 35163 of 2018.
