The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending with respondent no. 4 since the year - 2011. The University and the College are not accepting the examination form of the petitioner of Third M.B.B.S., only on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 4. Mr. Suryawanshi, learned Counsel accepts notice for respondent no. 2, Mr. Dahiphale, learned Counsel accepts notice for respondent no. 3.

In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the respondents shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 01.03.2021.

The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation proceeding on it's own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the Scrutiny Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
