Heard. The bail granted to the respondent No.1 - accused, an Advocate by profession, is sought to be cancelled by the applicant, who is also in the same profession. 2.

According to learned counsel, the learned Sessions Judge had refused to enlarge the respondent No.1 - accused on bail vide order dated 29/11/2021, and after 15 days thereof, i.e. on 16/12/2021, granted him bail. 3.

Admittedly, during the interregnum, the charge sheet came to be filed. The respondent - accused, therefore,

moved an application for bail post filing of the charge sheet. Perusal of the order granting bail indicates that, it has been granted on merits of the matter. On hearing the learned counsel, this Court finds no reason to cancel the bail granted to the respondent No.1 - accused. The application stands dismissed.
