Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Entitlement of the applicants to compensation may not be in dispute in the appeal and having regard to the contents of the application, balance can be reached and the interest of the applicants as shown in the application can be sub-served, if they are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.16,00,000/- from the amount lying in fixed deposit, on furnishing solvent security. 3.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicants are allowed to withdraw a sum
