Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the appeal is filed by petitioner on 4.12.2019 under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, for release of vehicle and also challenging the imposition of fine and penalty. Said appeal is not yet registered. 2.

Notice. Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case the appeal is filed by the petitioner (Page 19) and if there are no objections in the said appeal, then the appeal shall be registered by respondent no.3 within three days. After registration, the application that may be filed by the petitioner for release of vehicle shall be decided within thirty (30) days on its own merits. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
