During speaking to minutes, learned counsel for the Appellant submitted that Appeal No.1 Afsar Begum is dead and accordingly intimation was given to the Court but by mistake she is not shown as dead in the judgment. She also submitted that there is mistake in the spelling of name of Appeal No.4 Qaisar Kamal and letter "l" is missing in the name. The mistake is to be corrected and accordingly the corrected copies are to be issued.
