Respondent No.4 has filed an affidavit-in-reply dated 05.04.2016 through Shri Rajaram Nagnath Shinde, Naib Tahsildar in the Office of the Sub Divisional Officer, Nilanga. Paragraph Nos. 9 and 10 of the affidavit read as under:- "9. I say that, the concerned SLAO has not transferred the amount of compensation of the present petitioner to the office of the present deponent, therefore, some time will be required to ascertain whether actually amount was paid or not or if not paid, whether the amount is lying. It is also to ascertain from the A.G. Nagpur about the amount was sent by the concerned then SLAO or not. Therefore, at least 6 months time is required to decide the application filed by the present petitioner.
10. I say and submit that, if the amount of compensation is not paid to the petitioner, it will be paid in accordance with law as early as possible within a period of 6 months after hearing the parties. Hence for the reasons mentioned herein above, the petition may kindly be disposed of."

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the decision may be taken within three months instead six months. 3.
In view of the above, by consent of the parties, this Petition is disposed off in the light of Paragraph Nos. 9 and 10 of the affidavit. We expect the concerned authorities to carry out the verification, preferably within 120 days.
