Learned Assistant Government Pleader tenders across the bar a copy of the communication addressed by the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Regiona, Nashik to the Head Master of the concerned school dated 05 April 2024 mentining about the petitioner's case having been considered and refusing to grant approval to his appointment as a Shikshan Sevak. 2.

The order having been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Contempt petition is disposed of. 3.

Needless to state, it would always be open for the petitioner to challenge the order.
