In Criminal Appeal, in response to bailable warrants issued, report received from the police is that Appellant No.1 Shravan Adhar Dhangar has expired.

The legal representatives of Appellant No.1 Shravan Adhar Dhangar have filed Criminal Application No.713 of 2016. Earlier there were directions that this Application will be considered at the time of final hearing of the Appeal.

It would be appropriate to bring the Applicants on record of the Appeal as legal representatives of Appellant No.1. It is made clear that if these legal representatives, at any time, fail to argue the Appeal, the Appeal may be

disposed of as regards Appellant No.1 as abated. 4.

The legal representatives of Appellant No.1 may be brought on record. The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
