DATE : 6th FEBRUARY 2015 ORDER:

1) The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the applicant is heard. This Court has perused copy of First Information Report. 2) Crime is registered on the basis of report given by the father of the deceased. Present applicant is fatherin-law of the deceased. There are allegations that the

2 Application 615/2015 deceased was set to fire to finish her and at the relevant time the present applicant poured kerosene on her person. Previous application of the present applicant being Criminal Application No.6455/2013 was rejected on merits by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that Hon'ble Apex Court granted relief of anticipatory bail to Urmila and Putlabai. There is clear possibility that present applicant had also approached the Hon'ble Apex Court. The submissions made show that charge sheet is filed. In that case, the applicant must have been shown as absconding accused. In view of these circumstances, it was necessary for the applicant to surrender before police.

3) This Court holds that there is no need to issue notice to other-side and the application needs to be rejected forthwith. The application is rejected. Sd/- (T.V. NALAWADE, J. ) rsl
