Learned APP states and submits that the petitioner's grievance can be taken care of by the Divisional Police Complaint Authority at Nashik for Jalgaon. He submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement of learned APP, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach that Authority for redressal of his grievance. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition with such liberty.

Permission is granted. With such liberty, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
