Heard. Learned counsel for the respondents tenders a copy of the order dated 31/7/2017, passed in Second Appeal No.108/2013. The petitioner has all along been unsuccessful in the suit, first appeal and Second Appeal as well. The challenge in this petition is to the order passed by the Revenue Commissioner, certifying the mutation entry. In view of the petitioner having been unsuccessful in the civil suit, and the decree therein to have attained finality, there remains nothing in this petition. The petition has become infructuous.
