PER COURT :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that, the tenure of occupying the elected post as the Member of the Zilha Parishad, Aurangabad, has already expired and fresh elections have been conducted. Thereafter respondent No.3 has not been elected to the Zilha Parishad. She is therefore, no longer the elected Member of the Zilha Parishad and hence this petition is rendered infructuous.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn on instructions.
