Present Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the transfer and appointment proposal of the petitioner submitted on 2.8.2022 and fresh proposal on 20.9.2023 with consequential relief.

Learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that, the same can be decided within Four (4) weeks from today. 3.

In view of the said statement, which is taken as an undertaking, the Writ Petition stands disposed off by giving directions to respondent no.3 to decide the said proposals submitted by Respondent No.4 School within a period of four (4) weeks from today, on its own merits.
