ORDER :

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the State on instructions submits that in pursuance of the order passed by the Industrial Court, the respondent/employee has been taken on " converted to regular temporary establishment " and is being paid the wages at par with the other employees. The order passed by the Industrial Court is, therefore, virtually complied with. Even otherwise, the respondent is continued in the employment of the petitioner for about 19 years after passing of the
