The petitioner has impugned the show cause notice dated 13.09.2023 of Tahsildar, Jalgaon. By this notice, the petitioner was called upon to appear before the Tahsildar and submit the explanation within three (3) days. It was a notice dated 13.09.2023. The petition is silent on this material fact. Much time from the show cause notice has been lapsed. Probably, the case might have been disposed of. No orders causing or affecting the right of the petitioner is placed on record. It was just a simple show cause notice calling upon the explanation. Prima facie, it is not a notice issued without
