Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the proposal for publication of notification in the official gazette under Section 127(2) is forwarded to the Government Press on 17.11.2025. He further submits that within three months, the notification will be published in the government gazette.

By order dated 13th September, 2024, the respondents were directed to publish notification within 60 days, a more than one year period is lapsed still notification is not published. 3.

Respondents are directed to publish the notification within eight weeks from today.
