Lalit Rajendra Pawar v. The Additional Divisional Commissioner Nashik And Others
2025:BHC-AUG:5145 45-WP-2035-25
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 45 WRIT PETITION NO. 2035 OF 2025 LALIT RAJENDRA PAWAR
VERSUS
THE ADDITIONAL DIVISIONAL COMMISSIONER NASHIK AND OTHERS ...
Advocate for the Petitioner : Mr. G. J. Kore (V. C) AGP for Respondent-State : Mr. S. N. Kendre ...
CORAM
: KISHORE C. SANT, J.
Dated : February 20, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.
Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner is not a party to the proceedings in which the impugned order is passed. The only grievance of the petitioner is that since the authorities have already dealt with the issue of disqualification of respondent No.4, he will not be in a position to challenge her disqualification by filing independent proceedings. This Court hardly find any justification for making such prayer. There is no substance in the writ petition.
3.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
45-WP-2035-25 4.
If remedies are available, it is open for the petitioner to avail such remedies.
