By this application, the applicants pray for an early hearing in Second Appeal No.735/2003. It is stated that the applicants are the legal heirs of the original plaintiff, who had passed away. Some of the applicants are senior citizens. The earlier civil application No.10235/2011 was disposed of by this Court by order dated 20/07/2012 granting liberty to seek early final hearing after 6 (six) months. It is after the said order that original plaintiff No.1(a) died of old age. Mr.Bhide, therefore, prays that the matter be listed in the weekly final hearing board at the earliest.

In the light of the above and in the light of the earlier order passed dated 20/07/2012, this civil application is allowed. Second Appeal No.735/2003 be listed in the weekly final hearing board commencing from 03/08/2015.
