Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Caste Certificate relied upon by respondent no.4 was never issued by respondent no.2. The said information was given to the husband of the petitioner

2 WP2019/17 under Right to Information Act. The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner can raise this objection before the Committee where the proceedings are pending.

In view of above, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ petition. The petitioner may approach the Scrutiny Committee in that regard. The Committee shall decide the proceeding expeditiously. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
