These petitions are filed challenging the orders dated 31.10.2022 rejecting the proposals for approval of the present petitioners to the posts of Junior Clerks by pointing out certain deficiencies. 2.

Now it is submitted that fresh proposal is now submitted by the management on 22.11.2025 with the Education Officer. The petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer to consider the proposal on its own merits within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the same, the impugned communication stands quashed and set aside.
