Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.P. for the respondent-State.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 122 days in filing the review petition. The impugned order has been passed by this Court on 31st August, 2017. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, in the interest of justice, I do not find any impediment to condone the delay of 122 days caused in filing review petition. Hence, the application

2 CA 5160/18 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "A".

Registry to take requisite steps for registration of review petition.

On registration of review petition, re-issue notice to the respondent-State. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondentState. After compliance of procedure, the Appeal be listed for hearing at the stage of admission on 9th July, 2018.
