In view of the orders passed by this Court, amount that has been deposited in this matter by the Acquiring Body is to the extent of Rs.31,32,788/-. The award has been mainly challenged on the basis of quantum and, therefore, the applicants are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.12,00,000/-each subject to giving undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal. 4.
