Mr. Wani, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed on compassionate ground. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is submitted by respondent No.4 to Respondent No.2 in the year 2012 however, as yet the same is not decided.

We have heard the learned AGP also.

As the proposal is pending, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent No.2 shall decided the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh.H), if not already decided, expeditiously, on its won merits in accordance with law, preferably within four months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
