Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the delay in filing review application is for bona fide reason. By inviting our attention to para 2 of the application, learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that as the applicant-petitioner is a divorced lady and it took some time for her to seek necessary legal assistance, the delay caused. 3.
