The learned Advocate for the respondent Mr.Kutti informs that respondent No.2 is no more. He died on 9th May 2024. He is survived by his wife. However, her whereabouts are not known. The other relative of respondent No.2 are the brother and sister.

In view of death of Respondent No.2, this application is infructuous. Hence, the Civil Application is disposed off as infructuous. WRIT PETITION NO. 12611 OF 2023 5.

It is informed that Respondent No.2 died on 9th May 2024. 6.

In view of the same, the petitioner to take steps as regards deceased Respondent No.2 within two weeks from today. 7.
