In delay condonation application, heard both the sides. Nobody has turned up for respondent No. 1. The delay of 195 days is caused and original claimants want to challenge the decision on the point of quantum. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Notice in appeal for final disposal. Learned counsel Shri. Chapalgaonkar waives notice for respondent No. 2. Notice to respondent No. 1 made returnable on 25.7.2016. Call record and proceeding.
