1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2] The present writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 28.12.2021 in Rasta Case No.62/2020 passed by the Tahsildar, thereby given customary/cart way to the respondent No.6 to 30. Against the said order, the revision petition is filed before the Sub Divisional Officer under Section 23(3) of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act.

3] This Court on 10.02.2022, while granting status quo in the matter has recorded that the stay application filed by the petitioners in revision filed before the Sub Divisional Officer, Pathardi is pending.

130-WP--1715-22 4] In view of the same, the revisional authority is directed to decide the revision petition within a period of four (04) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

5] The interim status quo granted by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2022 to continue till the decision of the revisional authority 6) The writ petition is disposed of.
