Learned APP tenders across the bar the police report together with the statement of the petitioner's wife recorded on 15.02.2024 as also the statements of the parents.

The petition was entertained since the petitioner made us to believe that his wife has been wrongfully confined by her parents. 3.

It transpires that the petitioner had filed a petition bearing RCS No.287/2023 in the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division Akole for restoration of conjugal rights. Being aware about it without disclosing the fact the petition was filed seeking a writ of habeas corpus . 4.

The statements of the petitioner's wife and her parents demonstrate that she has been willingly residing with the parents. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
