The applicants have preferred this application for serving respondent Nos. 3 Adinath and respondent No.4 Navnath by substituted service through Marathi Daily "Ekmat", which has a wide circulation.

As such, this civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". Affirmation on the application is dispensed with. 3.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 3 Adinath and 4 Navnath in the second appeal, returnable on 23/03/2018. The applicant shall have the notices published in Marathi Daily "Ekmat" Tuljapur Edition at least 3 weeks prior to the returnable date and place the copy of the newspaper on record.
