Learned counsel for petitioner tenders across a list containing figures of payment of property tax. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the list submitted by petitioner is subject to verification. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that proposal pursuant to section 125(2) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 had been submitted and requests that same be directed to be decided.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 is apprehensive about proposal had been submitted and its pendency. 5.

Looking at the grievance in the petition, it appears to be expedient that concerned authority processes the proposal, if any, of the petitioner stated to be submitted pursuant to section 125(2) of the Act and decide on the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
