Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The first information report reveals that there was specific role of three accused, assaulting the first informant near the slaughter house. The general allegations have been levelled that around 30 to 40 boys from Muslim community were present on the spot of the incident. They were holding iron rods, sticks and swords. The applicants have not been named in the first information report. No specific role is attributed to them. Nothing is to be recovered from them. Hence, they deserve bail. Thus, the following order:- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Nos. (1) Ramzankhan @ Tausifkhan Mehboobkhan and (2) Muzamilkhan Asgarkhan, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.241 of 2022, registered with Savda Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/25, 4/25 of the Arms Act, on the conditions that (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) They shall attend the police station as and when called on written notice by the Investigating Officer, till filing of the chargesheet. ( S. G. MEHARE, J. ) rrd
