Bailiff report indicates that petitioner Nos. 1, 5 and 7 have passed away. Respondent Nos. 2 to 12 have been deleted after this Court granted leave to delete on 10/10/1997. Sole contesting respondent No.1 has also passed away and respondent No. 13 is the Assistant Charity Commissioner who is not a necessary party as he is the authority which delivered the order on 20/06/1997. 2.

No appearance is entered by petitioner Nos. 2 and 5 despite the service of court notice
