Mr Dixit, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that, he is instructed to withdraw the prayer of seeking stay of this judgment for four weeks and also seeks further direction that the parties may maintain status quo.

Mr Shah, the learned senior counsel for respondents states that, the present non-applicant has filed SLP assailing the present

The present judgment was kept in abeyance at the request of the present applicant and the present non-applicant has filed SLP assailing the same.

In view of the above, as the judgment is assailed before the Apex Court and the prayer that is made for review is not on the ground of any error on the face of record. We are not inclined to consider the review application.
