1] Heard Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 though served, none appears for them.

2] Similar notices issued by respondent No.4 have been quashed and set aside by this Court vide order dated 4.1.2016 in W.P. No. 3605 of 2012, with connected writ petitions. We adopt the same recourse. 3] For the reasons stated in the order dated 4.1.2016, in W.P. No. 3605 of 2012 with connected writ petitions, the present petition is partly allowed. Notice impugned in the petition issued by the Charted Accountant is quashed and set aside. So far as the recovery of amount and lodging of FIR in respect of alleged criminal acts of petitioner, it would be open for the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4] Writ petition stands disposed of in above terms.
