It is submitted that notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition (Resettlement Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2013 is already published in the Gazette on 08-12-2021 and in the news paper on 19-07-2021. Naturally declaration under Section 19 and Award has to be passed within stipulated period under the Act of 2013.

With this observations, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
