This is the Application by the Respondent in the Appeal seeking condonation of 1279 days delay in bringing legal heirs of Deceased Respondent - Prabhakar Trimbak Joshi on record. 2.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, the learned Advocate for the Respondents No.1 and 2 and the learned AGP for the Respondent No.3. Perused the Application supported by the affidavit. 3.

There is a Death Certificate of the original Respondent along with copy of Legal Heir Certificate issued by the Competent Court. After hearing all sides and on going through the documents, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

B'. The Appellants shall take appropriate steps within a period of two (2) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
